The owner

Hi, my name is Jaime Torres, and I am the owner of Beach City Painting. I started this company from the ground up starting in 2017. I have been in construction since 2000. I was born in Bakersfield, but I’ve settled in Orange County in this great community. We work primarily in the OC, but other So Cal locations on occasion. I started this business with intention in mind to provide a great experience for both client and contractor. I call this the Value Aspect. Finding that medium is what makes my business enjoyable. We all like to have that experience once in a while. We specialize in residential exterior and interior painting. Our other specialty is medium to small commercial projects. We strive to be the most trusted painting company around!

The process

We want to provide a great experience from start to finish. Ideally you would fill out our estimate form to help us organize your estimate, followed by an in person meeting. If we have all the details in advance, a lot of times we can provide an estimate on site. Occasionally we need a little more time, but can have your estimate to you within 24 hours of first meeting, The Request Estimate Form below is key to our accuracy and timeliness. Once the contract is agreed upon, we will draft a Work Order which outlines the project. This will include: Color, timeline, payments, change orders, and a checklist to manage progress along with invoices. We try to be as thorough as possible.
